We stand behind every piece of gear we make. If you’re not satisfied, neither are we.
Here’s everything you need to know about returns and product warranties.
Returns – 30 Days
Changed your mind? Ordered the wrong size? No problem. You can return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
• Tags must still be attached
• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Return exclusions:
• Final sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear and tear
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
To start a return, email us at vendettagear2023@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll guide you from there.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or need a different item, we offer exchanges on eligible gear. We’ll ship the new item once your original return is received and approved.
Warranty – 60 Days
We offer a 60-day product warranty on all gear from the date of delivery. If your item has a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right — no hassle.
Covered under warranty:
• Faulty stitching
• Broken seams or zippers
• Major manufacturing flaws
Not covered:
• Normal wear and tear
• Shrinking/fading from improper washing
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or neglect
If you believe your product is defective, email vendettagear2023@gmail.com with:
• Your order number
• A brief explanation of the issue
• Clear photos of the defect
We’ll inspect your claim and issue a replacement or store credit if approved.
